Based on long-term research of ice-storage air-conditioning technology, the paper shows that the ice-storage technology has prosperous future in modern refrigerating and air-conditioning systems. It also points out that the ice-storage cooling station with low-temperature blowing system will be one of the critical 'center' systems in 21st century. In addition, it shows that the ice -storage air -conditioning systems can produce large social and economic efficiency and should go towards large-and-medium-scale central cooling by regions ,of mini-seriate, by -floors and of towards large-and-medium-scale central cooling by regions , of mini-seriate, by-floors and of family-style.
