SURVEY AND ANALYSIS ON SHENZHEN CIVIL BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION

Building energy consumption survey and analysis is essential for building energy efficiency. In this paper, the statistical survey method of shenzhen civil building energy consumption is firstly introduced, including survey contents, survey manner and data collecting manner. Then, the survey data of Shenzhen high-rise office building has been analyzed and distribution of total building energy consumption per unit area is obtained, as well as monomial energy consumption of lighting, installation, elevator, water pump and air-conditioning equipment. Proportions of single items in the total and frequency number of total building energy consumption and monomial items are also studied. Finally, the correlativity of total building energy consumption per unit area to its building area is analyzed.
