Through establishing single input-single output identification mathematics model for the dynamic moisture performance of building envelopes by materials surface’s air relative humidity input and materials moisture capacity output, the interrelation Z transfer function model are gained. Building the identification test system for the dynamic moisture performance of building envelopes. Through instrumental variable identification method, there get single input-single output difference equations and Z transfer function. Compare the least-square estimation and the instrumental variable identification method, we get the identification result, which it has improved show the identification and the model order is down.
