某综合楼空调冷热源方案的优化

摘要：【中文摘要】 结合工程实例,根据其建筑功能、负荷特性和实际条件,提出了六种不同的空调冷热源方案。综合评价了不同方案的初投资、年运行费用、占地面积、方案的优缺点等,并运用了价值工程方法进行计算,最终选择价值指数最高的土壤源热泵+冰蓄冷系统(三工况机组)为设计方案。 【英文摘要】 Based on function,load characteristics and circumstances of the project,six cold/heat source schemes are proposed and initial invest,annual operating cost,room area,advantages are analyzed.Estimation has been carried out using the value engineering method.Finally,ground-source heat pump and ice storage system is chosed as the final design scheme because of the highest value engineering index. 【中文关键词】 系统设计; 空调方案; 价值工程; 价值指数【英文关键词】 system design; air-conditioning schemes; value engineering; value index
