摘 要:提出了一种全新的利用废热来动态制取流态冰的系统的构想:系统由三个部分复合而成.其中工质冷却部分一方面产生一定的冷量用于对制冰的水进行预冷,而另一方面其排出的热量并未被浪费而是被重新利用于驱动复合系统其他部分的运行,并完成整个系统的循环,从而使系统整体的运行效率得到了提高。详细介绍了系统的构造原理和工作流程并深入探讨了其可行性,在此基础上设定工况的条件下对系统运行的性能系数进行了分析计算并将该系统与目前常用的几种制冰方法进行了比较。结果表明该系统设计可以克服目前使用较广的三种动态制冰的系统的缺陷,而在与过冷水动态制流态冰系统的比较中发现该新系统的性能系数在一定的工况下可以提高30%以上。

Research on a novel ice making system driven by waste heat

Abstract In our study, a novel method to dynamically make binary ice by using waster heat was proposed. A system based on this method consists of three parts, in which the heat rejected from the pre-cooling part is applied to drive the other parts so that the performance of the system can be improved. The working principle and feasibility of the present ice making system were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the system performance with the novel method could increase by more than 30% under considered conditions. 8Refs. In Chinese.
