循环水系统操作费用的优化研究

摘要:【中文摘要】 建立了循环水系统操作费用模型,讨论了各种因素对循环水系统运行费用的影响规律。干球温度,空气相对湿度,冷却塔鼓风量等因素的变化直接影响循环水出塔温度,而出塔温度的变化对系统的循环水量具有很大的影响,如从28℃增加到30℃时,循环水量增加20%左右,输送费用也会相应地增加。昆明地区,冬季循环水出塔温度为22.5℃时,操作费用最低,而夏季循环水出塔温度为27.5℃时,操作费用最低,另外,水价,电价不同也会影响系统最佳出塔温度选取。因此,相同的系统在不同的季节,不同的地区,具有不同的最佳操作参数。 【英文摘要】 A operational cost model of circulating water system was established in this paper,some important influent factors and their influent behavior were discussed.The temperature of leaving tower is directly affected by changes of the factors such as dry bulb temperature,related humidity,air volume of tower and so on,and the temperature change of leaving tower obviously affects on flowrate of cooling water,for example,when the temperature increases from 28 to 30℃,flowrate increases by 20 percent,the cost of transportation increases,too.In Kunming area,when the temperature of leaving tower is 22.5℃ in winter and is 27.5℃ in summer,the operational cost is minimal.In addition,different water price and electricity price would affect the choice of optimal temperature of leaving tower.Therefore,the same system behaves different operation performance in different seasons and regions. 【中文关键词】 循环水系统; 经济模型; 优化; 操作费用【英文关键词】 circulating water system; economic model; optimization; operation cost
