The unceasing development of computer network interconnection, visualization and scientific calculation technology brings new opportunities for modern teaching and experiment artifice. In this paper, the author presents the idea of creating virtual lab for HV&AC。Implements under network environments are discussed. The outcome proves that the construction of virtual lab Based on web can contribute to the sharing of experiment resources and relive the shortage of funds.
