肋片管换热器管外三维流动与空气侧表面换热模拟

摘要:【中文摘要】 利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对套片式肋片管换热器干工况进行三维数值模拟。改进以往计算方法中的不足,并在模拟过程中考虑肋片管管壁面对肋片的导热引起的肋片表面温度分布场对换热的影响,得出Re在643到3208的范围内肋片管换热器空气侧对流换热系数关联式。比较原有模拟方法中不考虑肋片厚度而将肋片表面简化为等壁温条件与考虑肋片和管壁之间导热条件下的对流换热系数的差异,指出两者的偏差之处。 【英文摘要】 This passage use the hydromechanics software FLUENT to numerically simulate the dry behavior of casing fin tube heat exchanger,also modify the disadvantage of the past calculation method with it.In the numerical simulation,it is considered which the influence of the heat-conduction about the pipe wall surface to the fin that cause the temperature distribution of the fin,and acquire the airside of the ribbed tube heat exchanger heat-exchanging formula of the heat convection which the Re range from 643 to 3208.Comparing the difference between the methods which to leave out the thickness of the fin and to consider of the heat conduction between fin and pipe wall,point out the difference as well. 【中文关键词】 数值模拟; 套片式肋片管换热器; 换热关联式【英文关键词】 numerical simulation; casing fin tube heat-exchanger; heat-exchange tie-in
